Frédéric Frédéric Jeannin specialises in business litigation. He assists French and foreign clients in high-stake complicated disputes before arbitral tribunals, French courts and alternative dispute resolution bodies. He counsels investors in investment disputes and particularly in connection with the implementation of guarantees, the termination of negotiations, officers' liability and disputes between shareholders. Frédéric Jeannin has extensive experience of pre-litigation and litigation in the banking area as well as liability suits against investment services providers. Frédéric Jeannin also devotes a significant part of his time to liability disputes (industrial risk and contracts).
Frédéric Jeannin began his career in 1998 in the Arbitration and Litigation department at Thomas & Associés, before joining Denton Wilde Sapte in 2000 where he practised in Paris and London. In 2004, Frédéric Jeannin co-founded the firm Rossini Société d’Avocats. He joined STC Partners as a partner in 2008.
He was called to the Paris bar in 1998, graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris (1994) and obtained a Masters in Business Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (1996).
