Philosophy
We set up and developed STC Partners out of a desire to practise law the way we feel it should be practised; within a firm: - that is a common, constantly-evolving enterprise - that cultivates excellence, rigour and the expression of talent - where everyone has a place, regardless of role or status  - and the desire to give the best of oneself, from a human and professional viewpoint  - allowing us and the firm to grow together, for the benefit of our clients as well as everyone in the firm .

In a world where everything has become more complicated and where responsiveness is of paramount importance, our philosophy and working methods have become our greatest force.

Constantly ensuring that the criteria for greater personal and professional fulfilment are met and that confidence governs our relations within the firm and with our clients and partners: that is what we are working towards.

This philosophy, this daily approach, we summarise it as "Passion for your excellence": excellence that we impose for ourselves, our clients and our practice of law.
